The Association of Hungarian Electronic Broadcasters (MEME) organized again the most important annual live event of the Hungarian television media market, the “Big Picture” conference on 20^th October in Akvárium.   

Since the beginning of the pandemic we have been spending more and more time watching television content not on TV only, but on other digital platforms as well. In its March General Assembly, the Association of Hungarian Television Broadcasters (MEME) unanimously elected Mr Sambor Ryszka, media and telecommunications professional, previous Managing Director, Legal and Regulatory Director of DIGI Kft., for its new president.
The position became vacant when after eight years of presidency the mandate of media expert Mr Krisztián Kovács expired.
The President’s work will be supported by Vice Presidents Ms Gabriella Vidus, CEO of RTL Hungary, and Mr Miklós Vaszily, Chairman and CEO of TV2, both elected by MEME last year.

During its General Assembly held in April the Association of Hungarian Television Broadcasters (MEME) chose Gabriella Vidus (CEO of RTL) and Miklós Vaszily (President CEO of TV2 Media Group) for its two new Vice Presidents. Their mandate is for two years.
